AACalc 2.0!
How to enter your units
Welcome to the new AACalc - now slicker than ever (You can still use the old version if you prefer that, though I will not be developing it further.). Rather than clicking on different fields to enter your units, you can just enter them all in one line - even copy and paste! Just enter something like "3 Inf 2 Ftrs vs. 2 Inf". Most standard abbreviations should work, but see below for all the codes that will work. It is not case sensitive, so eg. TRN and Trn and trn will all work. Note that only one grouping of each unit type is allowed per side - eg. you cannot do "1 AC 2 TRN 1 AC". I may upgrade this at some time.
What about OOL?
This too is simpler than ever. OOL is simply based on the order in which units are listed. Free hits on battleships will be taken first, and then everything else will follow in order.
List of unit abbreviations:
- Inf, Infantry, I.
- Art, Rtl, Artillery, R.
- Arm, Armor, Armour, Tnk, Tank, A.
- Fig, Ftr, Fighter, F.
- JFig, JFtr, Jet, Jet Fighter, J.
